i appreciated the hotel's modern vibe and convenient features. the in-room ipad controlled everything, even the temperature (it was so cool!). also, the short walk to the boats was great, and it made getting to the parks really easy.

the beds were not the most comfortable. i thought the mattresses felt a bit hard. also, i found the lack of daily room cleaning inconvenient (cleaning every other day is not good enough for families).

i found the staff friendly. the room was a nice space for two nights. there were many food options right inside the hotel including a starbucks and a universal gift shop. i appreciated the shuttle bus to universal and the proximity to many restaurants, shopping and activities.

the hotel had nothing to it. the rooms were small. the lobby was very plain and any furniture they had in the lobby was uncomfortable to sit on.

The staff provided friendly service at all times. i received prompt assistance with directions. requests were addressed quickly. The team seemed helpful during my entire visit. their efficiency.
